Key Features

Prophix Cloud is built on top of Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) world class Cloud Infrastructure and has been designed with security and reliability at top of mind.

Prophix Cloud primary points of delivery in the US are in the AWS Virginia, California, Oregon and Ohio regions while outside of the US services are delivered from the AWS Frankfurt, London and Ireland regions.

There is a full logical separation of data and application instances between customers to ensure total data isolation, access control, and maximum performance. Through this level of isolation, the behavior of a single Prophix Cloud customer can never affect the performance of another customer ensuring the best possible service experience at all times.

Prophix Cloud uses industry standard SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit. All connections from the web browser to the application are via secure HTTPS TLS 1.2 connections. Industry leading AES 256-bit encryption is used for data at rest, including any replicated archived backup data.

AWS Cloud Infrastructure

Amazon Web Services (AWS)is the largest provider of cloud infrastructure in the world. AWS cloud infrastructure is available in 16 geographic locations around the world with multiple availability zones to ensure the highest availability levels and performance. AWS data centers are in compliance with a robust set of controls and have been certified against multiple framework standards including: ISAE 3402, SOC1 Type 2, SOC2 Type2, SOC3 Type 2, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018.
