Studies from Dresner Advisory Services and BPM Partners recognize Prophix as excelling in overall customer satisfaction.

Dresner Advisory Services – Wisdom of Crowds® Enterprise Planning Market Study

The Dresner Advisory Services study concluded: “A member of the Large Established Pure-Play market segment, Prophix is its leader.  It scored above peer and overall averages and is best in class for virtually all measure across sales, value, technology/product, technical support, consulting services and integrity.  It has a perfect recommend score.”

The study places Prophix in the Established Pure-Play category using 33 different criteria, on a five-point scale to evaluate companies.  Criteria covered includes: sales/acquisition experience, value for price paid, quality and usefulness of product, quality of technical support, and quality of consulting services, vendor recommendation and integrity to determine software supplier performance.

BPM Partners – The Pulse of Performance Management Study

Based on a five-point end user rating, Prophix achieved a pulse rating of 4.57, a notable increase from the previous year. This placed Prophix sixth against all CPM players ranked in the study and positions Prophix as a leading vendor focused on mid-market.

The BPM survey noted: “Prophix delivers insight into finance, operations and business performance with a focus on user experience.  A unique strength is detailed planning that provides additional granularity down to the sub-ledger level for enhanced operational execution.  Best for organizations with complex requirements and limited resources, ideal for those with a focus on integrated business planning.”
